Your Purpose

An exciting opportunity exists for a world class Administrative Associate to join our newly created luxury travel brand “Explora Journeys”. The Administrative Associate will support the disembarkation and embarkation process.  

Your Impact

The primary responsibility of the Administrative Associate is to support the disembarkation and embarkation process which includes but is not limited to: - performing all preparatory and administrative tasks related to disembarkation/embarkation - supporting all related processes leading up to turnaround day - assisting with operations on turnaround day - tasks include but are not limited to card printing and stuffing, preparing reports and manifests, preparing all terminal materials, hybrid drill involvement, preparing tablets, preparing the disembarkation questionnaire and letters, managing prepaid transfers, assign luggage tags, prepare transfer and independent letters, prepare the departure manifest, prepare debarkation signs for cards and luggage, coordinate disembarkation process with General Manager and any other admin task assigned by the Guest Services Manager and/or General Manager - supporting the Captain and Deck Department in administrative duties. Duties may include but are not limited to looking after safety certificates, taking notes at meetings, preparing reports and other documents, photocopying, collating, sorting, printing and any other task assigned by the Captain - providing supplemental administrative support to Senior leaders including People Director and Chief Engineer. Tasks may include but are not limited to assisting with Host full immigration check, assisting with host mail, taking notes at meetings, photocopying, collating, sorting, printing and any other admin tasks assigned by the People Director or Chief Engineer - treating all matters with the highest of level of confidentiality - Ensuring sensitive information is handled with discretion and in accordance with company policies.

Your Journey So Far

High school diploma - Previous experience in administration - Thorough knowledge of electronic and data processing - Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate efficiently and harmoniously at all levels of the ship organization - Ability to thrive in a high paced environment

Full compliance with the requirement of the Law Flag State of the ship regarding Safety and health and physical requirements.Documentation according with STCW 95
