Global Trade Marketing Manager

Your Purpose

Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group`s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers. 

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and experienced Trade Marketing Professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to Support the execution of all plans for Global Sales, preferred B2B partners and trade media partners globally.  This role is based in the office out of our Headquarters in Geneva.

Your Impact

• Lead and deliver the innovation & optimization strategy of the B2B platform, Explora Travel Advisor Centre (ETAC), in line with the ultra-luxury brand equity and user experience expected from Trade Partners
• Champion cross-functional collaboration via leading the ETAC Steering meetings with marketing, digital, IT and Sales team leaders
• Design the FY initiative plan for trade activities and the toolkit creation for deployment to Market leaders
• Support Global Trade Marketing & in-Market Commercial teams across the globe, as they develop and execute their plans 

Your Journey so far

5-7 years experience in marketing preferably with luxury/premium brand experience 

Your Essentials

Advanced understanding of marketing principles and how to support Sales teams to convert

High proficiency in organization, planning and execution skills.  

Can manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time. 

Flexibility in taking on new responsibilities & willing to learn 

Brand custodian ensuring all assets are created “on brand”.  

Team player with strong collaboration skills, able to listen, efficient, creative, personable and able to develop strong relationships and communicate across teams.  

Thinks creatively, demonstrates initiative  

Proven track record and can demonstrate success in marketing and trade facing partner & media communications.
