Hotel Services Intern
Your Purpose
As a Hotel Services Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's initiatives by conducting in-depth analytics and guest data analysis. You will provide critical insights that empower the team to make informed decisions, enhance guest experiences, and implement impactful changes. This role is based in (Geneva).
Your Impact
Analyse guest satisfaction data to support the implementation of the Turndown project, aiming to save the company €3.5 million annually.
Assist in rolling out the Virtual Concierge system to optimise guest satisfaction and reduce onboard friction.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights for enhanced guest services.
Provide data-driven support to implement and scale innovative solutions.
Consolidate data from various departments, including Yacht Club, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Groups & Events, into a comprehensive strategy for 2025.
Your Journey so far
You are pursuing a Degree in Hospitality Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Your Essentials
Proficiency in data analysis tool, such as Excel.
Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex data to deliver actionable insights supporting guest experience and operational objectives.
Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting data and insights to stakeholders.
Fluency in English is mandatory; any other language is a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively with departments.
