Product Campaigns Marketing Manager

Your Purpose

In alignment with strategic directives from Corporate Marketing and as part of the Brand & Product Marketing team, the Product Campaigns Marketing Manager will be instrumental in leading omni-channel marketing campaigns with a strategic focus on product marketing and product promotion, especially destinations, itineraries, and cruise experiences. The role manages key cross-functional relationships, oversees agency collaborations, and ensures the effective delivery of marketing initiatives in line with brand standards and business goals. This role also includes direct management of a team of two, providing leadership, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and development. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in high-end marketing, ideally within the travel or hospitality sectors

Your Impact

  • Lead the strategic development, execution, and performance analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across channels, with a primary focus on promoting destinations, itineraries, and onboard experience. Ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand strategy, business priorities, and budget constraints.
  • Oversee cross-functional coordination with CRM, Digital, Social Media, Trade, Sponsorship and Delivery teams to deliver timely and effective marketing toolkits in line with commercial priorities.
  • Drive the communication development of Onboard Revenue initiatives, shaping key messaging and overseeing the creation of final marketing assets as part of the company’s priority projects aimed at accelerating sales growth.
  • Direct internal and external creative agencies in the development of marketing assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Lead market analysis efforts to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between Corporate Marketing, Product teams, Sales, Onboard Revenues and regional offices, driving alignment, communication, and effective rollout of campaigns across markets.
  • Direct and supervise the production of high-quality content (e.g., video & photo shoots), working with internal and external creative partners.
  • Manage and develop a team of two marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.
  • Manage and track campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring a strong return on marketing investment.
  • Serve as a senior brand guardian and ambassador across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, cross-team fertilization and accountability, and continuous improvement within the team. 

Your Journey so far

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or brand management preferably within multinational or matrixed organisations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record in leading complex, omni-channel marketing campaigns at an international level.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Your Essentials

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with marketing platforms/tools is an asset and skilled with a range of AI-powered platforms and applications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable navigating between strategic vision and hands-on execution under tight deadlines
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and high level of autonomy.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes, including multi-week assignments when necessary.
  • EU Passport or right to work in Switzerland.
