Your Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Traveller – Engine Asset management to join our team. The main responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive inventories of technical equipment onboard the ships, gather and document technical information, and support the asset management team in updating relevant software systems. In addition, you will need to ensure the development of a planned maintenance system (PMS) for the ships.

 

Your Impact

  • Performs comprehensive physical and digital inventory of technical equipment onboard the ships.
  • Collects and verifies technical data such as serial numbers, technical monographs, and detailed drawings.
  • Collaborates with the asset management team to update and maintain asset management software with accurate data.
  • Assists in the development, implementation, and documentation of a planned maintenance system (PMS) tailored for maritime assets.
  • Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards during all inventory and maintenance planning activities.
  • Creates detailed reports of inventory and maintenance plans and facilitate their integration into existing systems.
  • Supports troubleshooting and resolve discrepancies related to equipment data and maintenance schedules.

Maintain accurate records of all collected information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility

Your Journey so far

  • Good knowledge of the English language is required, second language is a plus;
  • At least one (1) year working as an engine superintendent or previous experience onboard as a 2nd Engineer, or higher
  • Available to work onboard across the various vessels of our fleet
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced understanding of technical equipment, especially in cruise/maritime sector.
  • Experience with inventory management, asset tracking, or maintenance planning systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and documentation.
  • Asset Management software system knowledge is a plus (Amos, InfoSHIP, Shipsure, etc.)
  • Familiarity with maritime safety and compliance regulations
  • Knowledge of shipboard equipment and maintenance practices
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
