Your Journey So Far
Proven experience in the position of Butcher or similar roles, ideally within a cruise ship environment or large-scale catering operations.
Expertise in handling and preparing a variety of meats, including beef, pork, poultry, and fish.
Solid understanding of food safety practices, including the safe handling, cutting, and storage of raw meat.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating an ability to work efficiently under pressure.
A passion for quality and craftsmanship, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to producing the best results.
Your Essentials
Relevant qualifications in butchery or culinary arts.
Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Proven experience as a Butcher or in a similar role in a cruise ship or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with adherence to international regulations.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
Flexibility and adaptability in handling various tasks in a dynamic work environment.
