Your Journey So Far

We are looking for someone who has: 

• Proven experience as a Laundry Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably within a cruise ship, hotel, or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff to maintain high performance and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial laundry equipment, fabric care, and stain removal techniques.
• Understanding of sanitation regulations and safety standards related to laundry operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to oversee a fast-paced laundry environment.

 

Your Essentials

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Relevant qualifications in laundry operations, hospitality management, or a related field. 
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) to effectively communicate with team members and other departments. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while ensuring efficiency and quality. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle equipment malfunctions, workflow challenges, and guest requests.
