Your Journey So Far

To join our team as a 1st Deck Officer you need to have:
1.    Possess all required maritime certifications and a valid medical fitness certificate.
2.    Proven experience aboard passenger vessels, demonstrating advanced knowledge
3.    Hands-on experience in navigation and maneuvering operations.
4.    Strong skills in managing watch duties and ensuring safety.
5.    Proficiency in English, allowing clear communication in a multicultural setting.
6.    Gained leadership experience and the ability to solve problems under pressure.

Your Essentials

We are looking for candidates who will demonstrate:
1.    A valid and recognized Certificate of Competency IMO STCW Cap II/2.
2.    Proven experience in ship navigation and maneuvering operations.
3.    Exceptional situational awareness and decision-making skills.
4.    Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
5.    A commitment to teamwork, safety, and delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
