Your Journey So Far

To succeed in this position, you bring:  

Fluent in English, both oral and written, with proficiency in at least two additional European languages 

Previous sales experience with a proven track record of positive sales performance is preferred.  

Familiarity with the leisure or cruise industry is a plus.  

Clear speaking voice and the ability to use professional language tailored to the travel industry.  

One / two years of experience with reservation systems and customer service techniques.  

Demonstrated success in a sales-driven role, combining customer care with effective promotion strategies  

Your Essentials

We’re looking for someone who embodies these qualities:  

A minimum of one / two years of experience with reservation systems and customer service techniques.  

Fluency in English both oral and written, with proficiency in at least two additional European languages 

Enthusiastic about promoting and persuading guests to book future cruises.  

Strong multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple tasks or guest requests in potentially high-pressure environments.  

Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse guest base.  

A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient problem-solving.
