You will interact with guests, manage casino games, and help create an unforgettable vacation for everyone on board.

Your Journey So Far

To succeed in this position, you bring:
1.    Previous Experience: You have hands-on experience working as a casino dealer or in a similar gaming role, where you gained knowledge of various casino games and their rules (e.g., blackjack, poker, roulette, etc.).
2.    Fluent in English: You have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with guests and your team in a multicultural environment.
3.    Customer Service Focus: You are committed to providing exceptional guest service, always with a friendly and professional attitude.
4.    Casino Operations Knowledge: You understand the mechanics of casino operations, including handling chips, managing game tables, ensuring compliance with rules, and monitoring the fair play of games.
5.    Adaptability and Teamwork: You work well under pressure and can adapt to different situations, handling high-volume gaming environments while being part of a diverse and dynamic team.

Your Essentials

We’re looking for someone who embodies these qualities:
1.    Experience Required: previous proven experience in the role
2.    Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary to interact with guests and crew.
3.    Professional Appearance: You must maintain a well-groomed, neat, and professional appearance, in line with the cruise line’s standards.
4.    Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
