Your Purpose

As the Casino Head Cashier, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of the casino’s financial processes. Your primary focus will be overseeing all cash transactions, supervising the cage operations, and ensuring that accounting activities are managed accurately and efficiently. You’ll be the key person responsible for maintaining a balanced and secure cash flow, including managing the float for slot machines, and tracking all transactions with precision. Above all, you’ll deliver an exceptional level of customer service to guests, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience while they engage with the casino's services. Your leadership and organizational skills will be instrumental in coordinating the casino’s cash-handling staff, ensuring their tasks are completed efficiently and in line with our company’s high standards. By keeping operations running smoothly and securely, you’ll help create a trusted and enjoyable environment for our guests. 

Your Impact

Your Journey So Far

To be successful in this role, you have: 

  • Proven experience as a Casino Head Cashier, Cage Manager, or Cage Supervisor in either a cruise line or land-based casino. 
  • Expertise in casino financial management, including cash handling, float preparation, transaction tracking, and balance reconciliation. 
  • Demonstrated success in supervising and training accounting staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance regulations. 
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams in high-pressure environments. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively. 
  • Ability to work with internal departments to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues promptly. 

Your Essentials

  • Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field. 
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills (both written and oral). 
  • Proven experience in a similar role in the casino industry, either on land or in a cruise line setting. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of casino accounting practices and financial systems. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and record-keeping. 
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a diverse, multicultural environment.
