Your Purpose

As a Casino Host, you will be the face of the gaming experience on board, responsible for ensuring that every guest enjoys an unforgettable time while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. You’ll foster relationships with high-value guests, identify new players, and promote loyalty programs that directly contribute to the overall success of the casino. Your energetic and enthusiastic approach will create a vibrant atmosphere on the casino floor while upholding the values of professionalism, integrity, and guest privacy. You’ll work closely with both guests and the casino team to ensure every detail is handled flawlessly and with exceptional service.

Your Journey So Far

To be successful in this role, you have: 

Proven experience in a similar role in the casino industry, whether on land or at sea. 

Experience working with VIP guests and building long-term relationships. 

Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities with a strong focus on customer service. 

A history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving casino loyalty programs. 

Strong communication skills, with a focus on engaging guests and creating memorable experiences. 

Experience in using casino management systems to track guest activity, manage promotions, and drive loyalty initiatives. 

Your Essentials

Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required; additional language skills are a plus. 

Previous experience in a land-based or cruise line casino, particularly in a guest-facing role. 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of guests. 

Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. 

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities at once. 

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on cruise schedules.
