Your Journey So Far
We seek a highly experienced and skilled Chief Refrigeration Technician with a proven track record of managing and maintaining large-scale refrigeration systems. You possess extensive knowledge of various refrigeration technologies, strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, and proven leadership abilities to manage a team. Ideally, you will have significant experience with e.g., CO2 refrigeration, industrial chillers. Expertise in these areas is crucial for this senior role.
Your Essentials
Extensive experience in industrial refrigeration systems, in-depth knowledge of various refrigeration technologies (e.g. CO2, HFCs), strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, proficiency in preventative maintenance procedures, excellent leadership and team management abilities, relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification for refrigerant handling), ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
