Your Purpose
As a Cruise Staff Manager, you will be the heart of the onboard experience. You will lead, guide, and inspire a team of staff to deliver exceptional service that aligns with our brand’s values of luxury, comfort, and enjoyment. Your role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless, enriching journey from start to finish. Your Journey So Far
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have :
1. Proven experience in same position on board of cruise line
2. You should have a strong track record of managing staff, coordinating teams, and delivering customer satisfaction.
3. Your background will include experience in overseeing large-scale operations, organizing and executing programs, and ensuring that all staff work cohesively toward a common goal.
4. Fluency in English and at least two other European languages (such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish) is essential for effective communication with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds.
5. Your journey should also reflect strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in frenetic environments.
Your Essentials
To be chosen in this role, you must bring:
1. Proven experience in the role on board cruise line
2. Fluency in English and at least two additional European languages
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a team.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
5. Experience with staff management, training, and development.
6. Ability to handle administrative duties related to staffing, scheduling, and guest relations.
7. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage stress in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. Availability to work on board for extended periods.
