Your Purpose

Your Impact

As a key member of the onboard team, you will have a direct impact on the guest satisfaction scores, the quality of service, and the efficiency of beverage operations. You will drive the implementation of innovative beverage offerings, contribute to inventory management, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. You’ll also collaborate with other departments, supporting an integrated approach to hospitality that goes beyond expectations.

Your Journey So Far

We are looking for a candidate with:
1.    Previous onboard experience as a Restaurant operations Manager on another cruise line.
2.    Proven expertise in managing diverse teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
3.    Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to inspire and lead by example.
4.    A deep understanding of upscale dining standards and guest service excellence.
5.    Experience in coordinating multiple dining venues efficiently while maintaining quality.

Your Essentials

To be considered for this role, we require that you bring the following qualifications and experience:
1.    Minimum Requirements: At least three years of managing full dining operations on board.
2.    Language: Fluent English to communicate correctly with all different nationalities and at least another European language (Franch, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish).
3.    Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, organizational ability, commitment to exceptional guest service 
4.    Personality: Energetic, approachable, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences.
5.    Commitment: Ability to succeed in a multicultural, fast-paced environment while adhering to high standards of safety, sanitation, and company policies.
