As a Floor Supervisor, you play a vital role in ensuring that our guests experience the highest level of comfort and cleanliness during their stay. With keen attention to detail and strong leadership, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping team on your assigned floor, ensuring that all guest rooms, corridors, and service areas meet the company’s impeccable standards. Your Impact

Your role is essential in maintaining the high standards that define our cruise experience. By leading a team of Cabin Attendants and ensuring all areas are impeccably maintained, you directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our brand. Your ability to effectively train, guide, and support your team enhances efficiency and service quality, leading to seamless operations. Through proactive inspections, prompt resolution of maintenance issues, and a strong focus on hygiene and aesthetics, you ensure that every guest feels valued and comfortable in their onboard home. 

Your Journey So Far

Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar role onboard a cruise ship or within a luxury hospitality environment. 

Extensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, procedures, and industry standards. 

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team. 

Experience in conducting room inspections and ensuring compliance with sanitation and quality standards. 

Hands-on experience in handling guest requests, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining service excellence. 

Background in maintaining housekeeping inventories and coordinating with relevant departments for smooth operations. 

Your Essentials

Relevant qualifications in hospitality, housekeeping management, or a related field. 

Fluency in English (oral and written); additional languages are an asset. 

Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a proactive approach. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with flexibility and adaptability. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. 

Understanding of MSC Cruises Standards or similar high-level service expectations in the cruise or hospitality industry. 

Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
