As the Housekeeping Manager aboard our prestigious cruise line, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our Guests by ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service are upheld across the ship. You will lead and oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, providing guidance and support to your team to ensure that all areas, including guest accommodations, public spaces, and crew areas, are maintained at the highest level of excellence. We’re looking for someone who has:

• Proven Experience: You come to us with extensive experience in the Housekeeping Department, ideally within the cruise line industry. Your background includes managing large teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where your leadership has been instrumental in maintaining high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

• Leadership Skills: Throughout your career, you have demonstrated an ability to lead by example, motivating and managing a diverse team of housekeeping personnel. You excel at providing clear direction, maintaining high morale, and ensuring that each team member performs to the best of their ability.

• Attention to Detail: Your journey has been marked by a relentless commitment to cleanliness and quality, consistently going above and beyond to ensure all guest accommodations, public areas, and crew spaces are spotless and well-maintained.

• Operational Expertise: You possess in-depth knowledge of all housekeeping operations, from inventory management to sanitation protocols. You know how to streamline processes and ensure that the daily operations run smoothly while meeting the highest standards of service.

Your Essentials

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

• Proven experience in a Housekeeping Manager role on board a cruise line or within a similar hospitality environment

• In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleanliness, sanitation, and inventory management

• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of housekeeping staff

• Fluent in English, both oral and written, with strong communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Familiarity with maritime safety regulations and a strong commitment to guest and crew safety
