Your Impact

In this role, you will inspire guests with your in-depth knowledge of luxury jewelry and watches, guiding them to find the perfect pieces that define elegance and timeless beauty. You will collaborate with the Luxury Jewelry Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience. Developing sales strategies that align with our vision of excellence, you will strive to exceed revenue goals while fostering an environment of trust and luxury through exceptional service and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, you will mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting the standard for professionalism and success. Your contributions will be instrumental in upholding our reputation as a leader in luxury cruise experiences. 

Your Journey So Far

To succeed in this role, you bring: 

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within luxury jewelry and watches or with a direct competitor. Previous experience on cruise lines is a significant advantage. 

A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in high-end retail environments. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in a second language such as German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Chinese is highly valued and often essential, depending on our ship's destinations.
