Your Journey So Far

You have proven experience as a Pool Attendant or in a similar hospitality role, ideally within a luxury hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment. 

You hold relevant certifications in pool safety and sanitation, ensuring a thorough understanding of hygiene and health standards. 

You are fluent in English (oral and written), enabling clear communication with guests and crew; additional languages are a plus. 

You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. 

You are physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, handling tasks such as lifting and moving poolside furniture when necessary. 

You have experience in monitoring and upholding safety regulations, ensuring guests adhere to guidelines for their well-being. 

Your Essentials

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. 

Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, cleanliness, and guest safety procedures. 

Excellent communication and guest service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. 

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. 

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs. 

A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues.
