JTF0255 Restaurant Manager
Your Purpose
As a Restaurant Manager aboard our cruise line, you will be part of the heart of our main dining rooms assisting and following the directives set by the Dining Operations team to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
You will lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional culinary journeys that align with our commitment to excellence. Through your leadership, you will ensure every meal becomes a beautiful memory, making dining onboard a highlight of our guests’ cruise.

Your Impact
As a key member of the onboard team, you will have a direct impact on the guest satisfaction scores, the quality of service, and the efficiency of Dining operations.
Your ability to train, lead, and motivate a diverse team will ensure that each guest enjoys the highest standards of hospitality. Your presence will help maintain a flow in the restaurant operations assisting our guests in the choice of our delightful menu options.
Your Journey So Far
To be considered for this role, you should have:
1. Proven previous experience: At least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the cruise lines
2. Fluent English to communicate correctly with different nationalities and additional language
3. Strong leadership and team-building skills, demonstrated through your ability to mentor, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including familiarity with wine pairings and international cuisines.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
Your Essentials
You are required to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. At least two years of relevant experience in dining operations management on board another cruise line.
2. Willingness to commit to a rotational schedule onboard, with extended periods away from home.
3. A guest-focused approach, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
4. Leadership, problem-solving, organizational ability, commitment to exceptional guest service and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
5. Ability to succeed in a multicultural, fast-paced environment while adhering to high standards of safety, sanitation, and company policies.
