Your Journey So Far
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Tourism or Customer Service Expertise: You have at least one year of experience in the tourism industry or customer-facing roles.
Language Proficiency: Fluent English and at least two additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish) are a must to connect effectively with our diverse guests.
Guest-Focused Mindset: You have a passion for delivering exceptional service and resolving guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
Adaptability: Thriving in a dynamic and multicultural environment, you’re ready to travel and work aboard our ships.
Knowledgeable: Familiarity with destinations, local cultures, and attractions is a strong advantage.
