Your Purpose
As a Spa Receptionist on board our luxury cruise ship, you are the first point of contact for guests seeking a rejuvenating and relaxing experience. Your primary role is to deliver outstanding customer service, assist with guest inquiries, and ensure that every guest receives an exceptional spa experience. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage bookings efficiently, and maintain smooth operations at the spa reception. With your strong interpersonal skills and passion for wellness, you will contribute to the guests' overall experience, ensuring they leave feeling revitalized and pampered.
Your Impact
As a Spa Receptionist, you directly influence the atmosphere and guest satisfaction at our onboard spa facilities. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of the spa’s services. By offering personalized assistance and promoting the spa’s range of treatments, you will help to maximize guest engagement and drive bookings. Your Journey So Far
We are looking for :
- A dynamic and customer-focused individual with a passion for the wellness industry.
- Ideally, you bring with you reception or customer service experience, and a background in spa therapy, hairdressing, nail technology, or fitness.
- If you’ve previously worked in a similar position in a cruise ship environment, that's a bonus.
- Your ability to work in a frenetic environment and your friendly, approachable nature will ensure you thrive in this unique and exciting role.

Your Essentials
To be chosen in this role, you must bring:
- Languages: Proficiency in English is essential for clear communication with guests and team members.
- Reception Work Experience: Prior experience in a reception or customer service role, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Spa Therapist/Hairdresser/Nail Technician/Fitness Background: Experience or qualifications in one of these areas to assist with guest inquiries and promote spa services.
Additional Extras:
- Cruise Ship Experience: Familiarity with working on a cruise ship is a significant advantage, as it prepares you for the unique environment and guest expectations on board.
- The ability to speak additional European languages is a plus.
