As the Specialty Restaurant Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our guest dining experience at sea. Your Journey So Far
Proven experience as a Specialty Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role aboard cruise ships or luxury resorts.
Fluent in English, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Additional language skills are a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in a restaurant environment.
A strong commitment to providing top-tier guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Availability to work on board for extended periods, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Your Essentials
You bring significant experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in managing specialty or fine dining restaurants. Ideally, you’ve worked in a supervisory role on board a cruise ship or in a luxury resort. Your expertise in restaurant operations, team leadership, and guest service, combined with the ability to thrive at sea, will be key to your success.
Relevant Experience: in a supervisory role within a specialty restaurant, ideally on a cruise ship or in a high-end hospitality setting.
Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, team management, and maintaining service quality under pressure.
Cruise Ship/Resort Background: Experience working in the unique environment of cruise lines or resorts, adapting to the dynamic nature of the industry.
