Your Purpose

As the HR Director on board, you will be a key part of our leadership team, helping create a positive and successful work environment for our crew. Your main role is to support the Master of the Vessel and management team with practical and effective HR advice. You’ll lead the HR team onboard, ensuring that our company values are understood, respected, and followed. With your guidance, our crew will feel supported and motivated to deliver exceptional service to our guests. 

Your Impact

In this role, you will oversee all HR activities on the ship, making sure everything runs smoothly for our diverse team. You’ll handle recruitment, onboarding, and crew development while creating a workplace where everyone feels valued. Managing employee concerns will be an important part of your role, as will helping resolve any issues in a fair and consistent way. 

You will also take the lead in guiding the crew through changes, helping them stay positive and engaged during times of transition. Your ability to build trust and relationships will make you a key advisor to the leadership team, helping them manage workforce challenges and find the best solutions. Most importantly, you’ll champion our company values, ensuring they come to life in how we work every day. 

Your Journey So Far

We are looking for someone who have :  

 Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or hold a CIPD qualification. 

At least five years of experience in a senior HR role, managing a large and diverse team, ideally in an international or cruise industry setting. 

Speak fluent in English (C1 level) and knowledge of other languages is a plus. 

You have experience managing employee relations and leading organizational changes. 

You’re confident in building relationships, influencing others, and solving problems effectively.
