Your Purpose
Your Impact
Promotes and delivers acupuncture treatments and consultations;
• Recommends and promotes retail homecare products;
• Sets up and manages multiple treatment rooms daily;
• Hosts regular wellness events and informational sessions;
• Builds relationships with guests and keep a track of their records;
• Collaborate with the Spa team to improve guests experience and sales;
• Assists in all areas of the SPA operation as requested by the SPA Manager;
• Follows on board policies and procedures and presents a professional image.
Your Journey So Far
• Proficient speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, and with a fluent level in at least 1 of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian. Any other language is considered as a plus;
• Must hold a nationally recognized Certificate or License in Traditional Chinese Medicine (at least 2000 hours);
• Previous acupuncturist experience;
• Cruise ship experience is considered as a plus;
• Ability to publicly speak on Traditional Chinese Medicine topics;
• Comfortable working in a sales-oriented job (sales training will be provided);
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills;
• Basic IT knowledge;
