As the Senior Assistant Housekeeping Manager aboard our cruise line, your purpose is to play a leading role in the smooth operation and strategic support of the Housekeeping Department. Acting as the right hand of the Housekeeping Manager, you will take a proactive lead in supervising the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest cabins, public areas, and crew quarters. Your Essentials

To succeed in this senior role, you’ll need:

•Proven experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or higher aboard a cruise ship or in a comparable high-end hospitality setting

•In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures, sanitation regulations, and inventory systems

•Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and develop large, multicultural teams

•Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with outstanding communication abilities

•Impeccable attention to detail and organizational capabilities

•Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and manage shifting priorities with confidence
