Your Purpose

MSC Cruises, the world’s third largest cruise line brand, is expanding its administrative team in the USA.  Reporting to the President, North America, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a high level of discretion in handling confidential information. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator, a self-starter, and a trusted partner who thrives in a dynamic, global corporate setting.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the office, in Miami. 

Your Impact

  • Manage the President’s complex and ever-changing calendar, ensuring optimal use of time and alignment with business priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and agendas for internal and external meetings.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone, correspondence), flagging urgent matters and drafting responses as appropriate.
  • Organize and support high-level meetings, executive sessions, and leadership offsites—handling logistics, minutes, and follow-ups with the Global HQ.
  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions and document handling.
  • Provide light administrative support to the EVP of Operations and the EVP of E-Commerce, Marketing & Sales, including scheduling large meetings and assisting with travel reports.
  • Serve as secondary support for the Executive Assistant to the CEO, US Cruise Division, ensuring continuity of administrative coverage when needed.
  • Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned by the President.

Your Journey so far

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably within a global or multinational organization.
  • Cruise industry, travel, or hospitality experience a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePoint a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
