Accounting Analyst

Your Purpose

The Accounting Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the organization. This position is responsible for managing accounting entries, identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial documents, and providing critical support to the Accounting Leader to guarantee the precision of financial information for internal and external reporting.

Your Impact

  • Oversee and manage monthly and annual accounting closings.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of month-to-month variations in accounting balances, focusing on significant discrepancies.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Perform and monitor reconciliations of equity accounts.
  • Assist the accounts payable and collections departments in daily operations.
  • Manage control over company assets and liabilities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Record and upload accounting allocations into the system, including expense provisions, monthly accruals, and amortizations.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting assistant, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Continuously adapt to new challenges, acquiring new skills, and mastering new systems.
  • Prepare and present managerial reports, including accounting and budgetary statements.
  • Stay informed about tax regulations and accounting reforms, and communicate relevant updates to the administrative team for compliance.

Your Journey so far

  • Familiarity with accounting ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Highly adaptable with a strong ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Your Essentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or currently pursuing an advanced degree).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting-related roles, including accounting analysis, report control, and account reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Advanced English, both written and spoken.
